Sumgait company`s shareholders to gather to distribute profits

February 13, Fineko/abc.az. The shareholders of reinforced concrete producer company Sumgait Demir Beton-1 OJSC are to gather for a regular general meeting on 31 March.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the company that the meeting will consider the financial statements of the enterprise for financial year 2019.

The questions of distribution of company’s net profit, alienation of enterprise’s property, repayment of accounts payable, and other organizational matters will be covered during the meeting.

The meeting will be held at address: 59, Inshaatcilar Street, Sumgait City (1, former Uzbekistan Street).
