Central Bank raised AZN 100 million in a deposit auction

February 24, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has raised AZN 100 million in a deposit auction.

"On 24 February the CBA held another deposit auction for banks, in which it raised AZN 100 million. The offer at the auction reached AZN 602.9 million. The weighted average rate during the auction made up 5.51%," the CBA said.

The funds were raised for the period of 14 days.

The CBA started holding deposit auctions in June 2016.
