Well-known Azerbaijani company to report - Shareholders gather

February 26, Fineko/abc.az. The next annual general meeting of the shareholders of Ganja Sharab-2 is to be held on 14 April.

ABC.AZ reports that on meeting agenda are issues of the annual report on Company's activity for 2019, approval of its balance sheet, profit distribution, and determination of the procedure and timing of dividend payments.

The shareholders’ meeting will take place in the administrative building of Ganja Sharab-2 at address: 86, Zaur Ismayilov Street (ex-address: 2, Kanar Street), Ganja.
