Fizuli residents in Baku to be resettled – Refugee Committee’s statement

February 26, Fineko/abc.az. Houses for IDPs will be allotted mainly in the city of Baku, on the territory of the Absheron district.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant statement was made at a media conference by chairman of the State Committee for Refugees & IDPs Rovshan Rzayev.

He added that construction of another settlement is expected in Samukh: "The following houses are under construction – a house for 50 families in Agdam, a house for 45 families in Lankaran, and 30 private houses in Fizuli, in the free zone of occupation. When we complete the construction, we’ll return 30 families living in Baku to their native villages," he emphasized.

It should be noted that by the end of 2020 residential complex Gobu-3 designed for 7,000 families will be constructed in the Absheron district.
