February 26, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan Banks Association’s Presidium has conducted a regular meeting at the head office of the International Bank of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to ABA that during the meeting Tamerlan Rustamov was appointed the new head of expert group "Payment Systems & Alternative Service Channels”.

Since January 2020 Rustamov has been working as deputy director of the Payment Systems Department at Bank of Baku, and before that he worked as the head of the Financial Markets Infrastructure Control Department in the Financial Market Supervision Chamber. His activity in the field of payment systems and digital payments started at the Central Bank in 2008.
