3 pedestrian crossings with elevators to be put into operation in Baku soon

February 26, Fineko/abc.az. Three pedestrian crossings will be put into operation in Baku in the next few days.

ABC.AZ was informed about that by Anar Najafli, the head of the Public Relations Department of the Azerbaijan State Motor Road Agency.

Agency’s representative noted that these are pedestrian crossings being built on the territory of the so-called Shemakhinka, Ukrainian Circle and Heydar Aliyev Avenue. Najafli stressed that two of these pedestrian crossings will have elevators: "As you know, pedestrian crossings will be ground on Shemakhinka and Ukrainian Circle. That is why, there are elevators in each direction for the convenience of pedestrians. On both sides of the pedestrian crossing, built on the Ukrainian Circle, elevators have already been installed. The pedestrian crossings in all three territories are being completed."
