February 28, Fineko/abc.az. The Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund has distributed important and useful information about apartment renting.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the MCGF that the rental housing module E-Mortgage & Credit Guarantee (EMCG) is open for use by citizens with the aim of creating an electronic office and processing of e-appeals. Acceptance and consideration of e-applications is carried out in the following stages:

- At the initial stage citizens using an enhanced electronic signature (e-signature or Asan signature) via the portal (www.e-gov.az) create electronic office and register the electronic application.

- In the electronic cabinet of the citizens in EMCG, who made the appeal, a notification is placed about the start time of the reception of applications and SMS information is provided.

- After placing the notice in electronic office, citizens direct electronic appeal at a specific time in the electronic office. The e-application is automatically registered and a queue is assigned for users.

- Based on the order of priority, the date of receipt of documents through the citizen's EMCG is set. The process of accepting documents will be carried out through Baku center ASAN Kommunal #2 and Sumgait Center ASAN Xidmət.

We bring to the attention of citizens that the possibility of choosing a residential space through the EMCG arises only after consideration of the application by the Fund and making a decision on consent.
