March 4, Fineko/abc.az. The recent inspection revealed 33 individuals who worked without an employment contract at seven facilities of the Sumgait-based trade network En Ucuz Market.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy that each of the facilities was found out violation of the rules of money settlements with the population and higher figures compared with the indicators in the accounting documents submitted to tax authorities.

At the same time, in the sewing shop located in settlement Bakikhanov of Sabunchi district, owned by Elshan Jalilov it was noted that 16 individuals don’t have employment contracts. It was also established that in order to avoid paying taxes, the taxpayer did not register the facility of its activity in tax authorities.

It should be noted that if the number of individuals hired without employment contract by a business facility exceeds 10 people, then the composition of the crime on the violation is formed.
