December 29, Fineko/abc.az. The domestic insurers expect changes in the country’s insurance market are going to become better in the upcoming year.

Atesgah Sigorta’s chairman of board Azer Aliyev has stated that the market is expected to activate next year.

"Despite the unstable economic situation in the world, Azerbaijan's insurance market not only remained stable but also showed an increase and this can be seen not only in statistical data, but due to new types of services applied currently in the market," Aliyev said.

He added that in 2018 the market will continue its development, but changes in the number of participants and range of products are not expected.
