The largest decline in oil prices occurred yesterday for last 30 years

March 10, Fineko/abc.az. On 9 March the sharpest decline in oil prices over the past 30 years was recorded at world exchanges.

Oil prices are reported to have dropped 31% in a day and decreased to their lowest level since the Gulf war in 1991. So, the price of Brent crude oil fell to $31.02 per barrel.

Goldman Sachs, one of the leading US investment banks, has warned of a drop in the price of oil to $20 per barrel.

Today, the price of oil has risen by about 7%. Currently, one barrel of Brent crude is traded at the London ICE Exchange for $35.60, and one barrel of Light crude at the New York exchange NYMEX for $32.63.
