March 12, Fineko/abc.az. An auction for the placement of short-term notes of the Central Bank will be conducted at the Baku Stock Exchange on 13 March.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the BSE that the collection of orders in the auction will take place at 11-11:30 am. The volume of notes put up for the auction is AZN 50 million, the nominal value is AZN 100, the circulation period is 168 days, and the maturity date is 31 August 2020.

The total number of orders submitted by each bank should not exceed 2 (1 competitive and 1 non-competitive). Non-competitive orders may be accepted, provided that no more than 20% of the notes are issued. Calculations for transactions concluded as a result of the auction will be performed in the T+1 mode.
