March 13, Fineko/abc.az. Unsubstantiated information about the demolition of a historical building constructed in the 1940s and 60s, located at 117 Azadlig Avenue, Nasimi district, Baku, has spread in social networks.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Committee on Property Issues that in response to this false information, the Committee informs that the property complex located at the specified address is under authority of the Committee's Production & Service Enterprises Management Center.

The real estate of the complex consists of one 5-storey and four 1-storey buildings. Currently, the buildings and structures are not used, and there is no plan to demolish the building.

The State Committee addresses to the media to publish such data only after clarification of official sources.
