Central Bank raised AZN 100 million in a deposit auction for 28 days

March 18, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan raised AZN 100 million in a deposit auction.

"On 18 March the CBA held another deposit auction for banks, in which it raised AZN 100 million. The offer in the auction reached AZN 158 million. The weighted average rate during the auction made up 5.51%," the CBA reported.

The funds were raised for the period of 28 days.

The CBA started holding deposit auctions since June 2016.
