Oil prices fall after worst quarter on record

April 1, Fineko/abc.az. Oil prices of standard grades are changing a little on Wednesday, ending the first quarter with a record fall.

Following the trading on 31 March at the London ICE Futures Exchange, May’s futures for Brent oil fell in price by $0.02 (0.09%) to $22.74 per barrel.

By 9:45 am, Brent futures for June decreased by $0.52 (1.97%) to $25.83 per barrel.

At the end of trading on 31 March at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), May’s WTI oil futures rose in price by $0.39 (1.9%) to $20.48 per barrel.

By 9:45 am, WTI futures for May fell by $0.03 (0.15%) to $20.45 per barrel.
