ABC.AZ reports that the statement was made by Jeyhun Salmanov, deputy chairman of the State Agency for Citizen Service & Social Innovations under the Presidential Administration.

He explained the details of this matter in the following way: "Everyone should know that registered and unregistered persons in the system, who have received permission, can move freely only within spheres of their activity. Employees of governmental agencies or representatives of the media when going to a pharmacy or a supermarket are required in any case to get permission by sending an SMS message, as well as other citizens. Otherwise, it is a violation of the quarantine regime."
