Banks are instructed not to infringe on citizens

April 6, Fineko/abc.az. Banks have been were given recommendations to provide certain benefits and not to infringe on citizens.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant statement was made by Deputy Economy Minister Sahib Mammadov in an interview for TV channel Ictimayi TV.

The deputy minister noted that the working group together with the Central Bank is currently preparing a package of proposals on this issue: "Naturally, in this situation, it is necessary to give a delay to these citizens, and this matter is being discussed. Banks are also business entities, and the State has no right to interfere in their activities. Banks are recommended to make certain concessions, and not to put pressure upon citizens. The State is also working to regulate the currency market and other issues."
