New Charter of Baku Steel Construction OJSC to be approved

April 7, Fineko/abc.az. The next general meeting of the shareholders of Baku Steel Construction OJSC will be held.

ABC.AZ reports that the meeting will be held in the administrative building (53, Binagadi Highway, Baku) at 3 pm on 26 May.

On meeting agenda is approval of the Charter of Baku Steel Construction OJSC in a new version; approval of the results of Company’s financial and economic activities for the 2019 financial year, writing-off of fixed assets held on the balance sheet of Baku Steel Construction, and other issues.
