April 7, Fineko/abc.az. International experience shows that the legalization of capital should represent the interests of its owners.

ABC.AZ reports that the above-said statement was made by Vusal Gasimli, the executive director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms & Communications.

According to Gasimli, in particular, the return on equity should be at such a level that after legalization, the possibility of obtaining net income from capital will increase: "If the opportunity cost is appropriate, the amnesty will attract the owners of capital to legalize it. Today, investors say that “cash is a masterpiece” as the value of stocks around the world has fallen. And this is a chance for the direction to legalize cash in hand. This March some owners of money in Azerbaijan with over 20,000 manats, when learned that the financial monitoring service would be declared, they did not apply dollarization. Amnesty can also be attractive for owners of such capital."
