Oil prices rise after falling

April 8, Fineko/abc.az. Oil prices are steadily rising in trading on Wednesday after their falling at the end of the previous trading.

The oil market hopes that the world's largest producers will agree to cut production at the OPEC+ conference to be held on Thursday.

Following the trading on 7 April at the London ICE Futures Exchange, the price for June’s Brent oil futures fell by $1.18 (3.57%) to $31.87 per barrel.

By 9:25 am, Brent futures for June grew by $0.97 (3.04%) up to $32.84 per barrel.

At the end of trading on 7 April at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), May’s WTI oil futures fell by $2.45 (9.4%) to $23.63 per barrel.

By 9:25 am, WTI futures for May increased by $1.50 (6.35%) up to $25.13 per barrel.
