EU to finance EUR 14 million to Azerbaijan to combat coronavirus

April 9, Fineko/abc.az. The European Union is likely to allocate EUR 14 million to Azerbaijan for the measures to combat the coronavirus.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Georgian media that Lauren Meredi, the head of the EU High Directorate for Neighborhood & Expansion Policy, said this on his Twitter account.

According to Meredi, the Union will allocate a total of EUR 883 million, of which EUR 14 million will be financed to Azerbaijan, EUR 183 million to Georgia, EUR 92 million to Armenia, EUR 60 million to Belarus, EUR 87 million to Moldova, and EUR 190 million to Ukraine.
