Labour Ministry`s rep: 20,000 more people received lump-sum payment

April 13, Fineko/abc.az. Finances for giving of lump-sum payments to more than 20,000 persons registered as unemployed were transferred to bank branches and post offices.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant statement was made by Fazil Talibov, the head of the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection.

Ministry’s official representative noted that an SMS-message will be sent to the cell phone number the unemployed indicated in the application:

"After receiving the message and the appropriate permission to leave the house, citizens will be able to apply to any post office, if the SMS indicates Azerpocht, and if the bank is specified - to any branch of this bank, presenting an ID, and receive money."

According to the Ministry's rep, payments continue on the daily basis:

"Since 9 April the Ministry has already ensured the transfer of lump-sum payments to 55,000 unemployed people," he emphasized.
