April 13, Fineko/abc.az. From 15 April the payments for participation in the public procurement on a single Internet portal will be made through the ASAN Ödəniş system.

ABC.AZ reports that from now on the shippers and contractors will only be able to participate in the tender procedure by making non-cash payment, using the ASAN Ödəniş system to participate in e-tenders created after the date indicated on the portal.

For this purpose, starting from 15 April 2020 it is necessary to register bank details through the ASAN Ödəniş section in section Regulations. After the specified date, only registered bank details will be used when creating tenders. For this reason, there may be some restrictions in the operation of the portal.
