A fine applied to a quarantine-breaker restaurant in Baku

April 20, Fineko/abc.az. A restaurant located in the Sabayil district of Baku was revealed as operating contrary to the rules of the special quarantine regime.

В Сабаильском районе Баку обнаружен ресторан, функционирующий вопреки правилам специального карантинного режима.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs that in the course of the measures taken, it became clear that restaurant “502”, located at 4 Mushfig Street, acts contrary to the rules of the special quarantine regime.

During the inspection in the facility, it was found out that the owner and four clients violated the rules of quarantine.

A resident of Yevlakh district, Joshgun Mammadov, a resident of Mingachevir city, Elmin Mammadzadeh, residents of the capital, Fidan Amrakhova, Sahil Bahramova and Nasir Isayev, who rented a restaurant, were detained and taken to the 41st police station of the Sabayil Police Department. In respect of these persons, the Police Department has drawn up a report on Article 211 of the Code of Administrative Offences.

For violating the rules of quarantine, Mammadov was fined 200 manats, and the other 4 persons - 100 manats.
