April 20, Fineko/abc.az. The deadline for filing tax reports and paying taxes during the special quarantine regime has been announced.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy that the special quarantine regime has been extended until 00: 00 on 4 May 2020.

Based on the extension of non-working days in districts with limited activities relating to the special quarantine period, as well as the provisions of Article 68.2 of the Tax Code, the deadline for submitting tax reports and paying taxes is determined as follows:

- the deadline for submission of annual reports on income tax and property tax by 2019 by taxpayers in spheres with limited activities, monthly reports for February and March of this year and quarterly reports for the first quarter of 2020, as well as the issuance of a relevant certificate on current tax payments and taxes, including current tax payments – 4 May 2020.
