Oil falls in price, Brent is traded below $17 a barrel

April 22, Fineko/abc.az. The oil market keeps on declining on Wednesday amid the falling demand and a shortage of available storage tanks for raw materials.

By 10:50 am, on the London Exchange ICE Futures the price for Brent crude futures for June fell by $2.44 (12.62%) to $16.89 per barrel.

At the end of the trading on 21 April on the ICE Futures Exchange, June’s Brent oil futures fell in price by $6.24 (24.4%) to $19.33 per barrel.

By 10:50 am, on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the WTI futures for June fell by $0.80 (6.91%) to $10.77 per barrel.

On Tuesday, May’s WTI oil futures ended trading at the level of $10.01 a barrel.
