April 22, Fineko/abc.az. Tax benefits are expected for all entrepreneurs whose activities have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant statement was made by Economy Ministry-prepared Mechanism of tax incentives & vacations for business entities (including small and medium-sized businesses) working in pandemic-affected spheres.

Tax benefits and holidays will cover the following items;

- for the purpose of preventing an epidemic and protecting the life and health of the population, deduction of income without taking into account restrictions on expenses incurred by the taxpayer for necessary preventive, including disinfection measures;

- early exemption from VAT for certain types of products necessary for food and medical needs of the population.
