The minister noted that even those business structures that operate for a long time may face serious backlogs as a result of short-term inactivity. For this reason, ensuring sustainability should be the main goal:

From this angle, along with the government’s support measures, an important factor is the adaptation of business entities to new economic conditions. Starting from 27 April, when certain restrictions will be relaxed under the special quarantine regime, every entrepreneur should understand that the pandemic can last for a long time, and this time depends more on the behavior of people. Personal hygiene and the protection of social space are crucial factors. Entrepreneurs must ensure strict compliance with the sanitary and hygienic rules specific to the relevant sector of the economy. New economic conditions require specific rules of behavior. Sustainable business performance and income stability will also depend on adapting to the new economic lifestyle. If these rules are not followed, the re-application of strict quarantine conditions will become inevitable."
