Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund’s loans grew more than by 4%

April 29, Fineko/abc.az. Mortgage loans totaling AZN 54.4 million were given through the Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund for Jan-Mar 2020.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the Central Bank, this is by 4.2% more than against the 2019 same term.

For the reporting period the amount of loans refinanced by the MCGF decreased by 89.7% to AZN 7.3 million.

Over the past part of this year the funds raised by the MCGF by issuing bonds on the securities market reduced by 100%. Instead, the Fund was allocated AZN 17.8 million from the State Budget (no funds were allocated for the same term of 2019).
