Problem loans in Azerbaijan have increased

April 29, Fineko/abc.az. The amount of overdue loans in banks of Azerbaijan as of 1 April 2020 totaled AZN 1.387 bn.

ABC.AZ informs that according to the Central Bank, this is by AZN 88 million more than at the beginning of March 2020.

Earlier this March the overdue loans amounted to AZN 1.299 bn.

As of 1 April 2020 the repayment of 8.9% of total loan investments totaling AZN 15.637 bn was overdue. This ratio made up 8.3% by early March 2020.
