Baku public catering turnover declined more than by 14%

May 6, Fineko/abc.az. The turnover of public catering in the Azerbaijani capital amounted to AZN 187.8 million for Jan-Mar 2020.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Baku City Statistics Department that this is by 14.2% less than for the 2019 same term.

According to the BCSD, for the reported term 55% of the public catering turnover in the private sector accounted for enterprises with the status of a legal entity and 45% for individual entrepreneurs engaged in business activities in this area.

The turnover of legal entities grew by 18.9% (versus the 2019 same term) up to AZN 104.4 million.
