ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev stated about that in an interview for Russian TV channel MIR.

The head of state noted that since 14 April positive dynamics has been observed in Azerbaijan.

"The number of recovering people exceeds the number of infected people. As a result, the quarantine regime was relaxed from 27 April and then on 4 May. The quarantine regime is in effect until the end of May. Thus, we’ll continue to monitor the situation in the future, and if we see that measures of a mitigating nature will lead to a sharp increase in infections, we’ll have to re-strengthen the restrictive measures," the president said.
