May 7, Fineko/abc.az. Within the quarantine period the State Labor Inspectorate restored jobs of more than 700 employees whose employment contracts were terminated.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection that the reasons for termination of the employment contract are specified, and if the termination does not comply with the law, then these employees are restored in jobs.

At the same time, social dialogues are being held with the relevant employers regarding cases of termination of employment without serious reasons.

They are recommended to adhere to the principles of social responsibility and take into account employment issues during the quarantine period.
