May 8, Fineko/abc.az. On the pages of some social networks, statuses are shared that Sabina Ketanova, a resident of Baku, shared a photo that gives the impression of her financial solvency, and said that she was also given a lump-sum payment of 190 manats.

In this regard, I note that the consideration of appeals was carried out through electronic information systems belonging to various state bodies. When considering the applicants' right to receive a lump-sum payment, they referred only to the data in these databases, and there was no visual survey of their living conditions.

ABC.AZ reports that the statement was made by Fazil Talibov, the head of the Department for Public Relations & Communications of the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection. Ministry’s representative pointed out that when considering the appeal of Ketanova in connection with lump-sum payment, it was revealed that in her name in electronic databases there is no property, no cars, etc.

"The Ministry's publication of the list of payment recipients is also an indicator of the importance of public transparency. At the same time, the goal is to identify those who do not actually need 190 manats, but receive this payment using the created right, and bring them to public condemnation.

We also condemn Ketanova for the fact that she received a lump-sum payment without necessity, despite the fact that she has the right," Talibov emphasized.
