$12 million spent on South Caucasus pipeline

May 12, Fineko/abc.az. In the 1st quarter of 2020 approximately $12 million in operating expenses and approximately $2 million in capital expenditures were spent on activities related to the South Caucasus Pipeline and the expansion of the South Caucasus Pipeline.

ABC.AZ informs that this is stated in the report of BP Azerbaijan.

During the quarter the average daily throughput capacity of the SCP was 33.6 million cu m.

The SCP was commissioned at the end of 2006 and supplies gas from Shah Deniz to Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey, and SCP started supplying commercial gas to Turkey in June 2018.
