Bans in these spheres still remain

May 15, Fineko/abc.az. Some bans are to be lifted in Azerbaijan soon. Despite that, there are currently a range of restrictions on the period of special quarantine regime in the country.

The following restrictions (prohibitions) remain in effect:

- entry-exit from the country by air and land means of transport, except for cargo carriages;

- movement from city to city (Baku, Ganja, Sumgait, Lankaran);

- weddings and memorial ceremonies;

- for all mass events;

- gathering in cafes, restaurants, parks in the company of more than 10 people;

- the use of hookah in catering facilities;

- the activities of all educational and educational institutions.

In addition, in Baku, Sumgait, Ganja, Lankaran and Absheron districts the restrictions on the number of civil servants remain, as well as the admission of citizens to state bodies in individual and group order, with the exception of the ASAN service and DOST service centers.

The ban on the provision of services for organizing events, including birthdays, weddings, engagements and similar events in celebration houses and other places, remains in force.

Entertainment areas, including children's entertainment centers, cinemas, theaters, sports halls, and other cultural facilities, with the exception of museums and exhibition halls, large shopping centers and malls, with the exception of pharmacies and grocery stores in them, remain prohibited.

In Baku, Sumgait, Ganja, Lankaran and Absheron districts, it is forbidden: restaurants, cafes, tea houses and all catering facilities to serve customers locally from 6 pm till 8 am; relatives to visit patients receiving treatment in medical institutions; to provide sports and health-recovery services (except for medical services in this area); to provide massage and bath services.
