May 18, Fineko/abc.az. The General Prosecutor’s Office has received materials from the Ombudsman (authorized for human rights) about violations committed by a public servant.

ABC.AZ was informed at GPO press service that the GPO Main Anti-Corruption Department revealed the fact of embezzlement of 10,500 manats by Ismayil Mansurov, the head of the Nizami district housing & communal office #117, with a promise to issue documents for the construction of adjacent accomodation in the house of a citizen.

The Main Anti-Corruption Department initiated on the this fact a criminal case under Articles 178.2.3 (fraud using official position) and 178.2.4 (large-scale fraud) of the Criminal Code.
