May 20, Fineko/abc.az. In some cases the requests submitted by employers to the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection and the State Labor Inspectorate under the MLSP indicate that entrepreneurs’ unawareness of labor legislation.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the MLSP that entrepreneurs justify this in their activities by the fact that they are not informed about the labor legislation and its application, the requirements of the legislation, even if any violations are detected.

Therefore, the Ministry recommends employers constantly get acquainted with the information and notifications, recommendations posted in the subsystem “Employment Contract Notification”, take them into account and on this basis comply with the requirements of the law.
