AZAL and Buta Airways extend period of replacement and refund of air tickets

May 31, Fineko/abc.az. Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, as well as the closure of the borders of the countries where flights were operated by Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) and Buta Airways, the period for free air ticket booking has been extended until 1 July (inclusive), ABC.AZ reports with a link to AZAL’s official website.

Alternatively, passengers are offered a refund of vouchers or funds equal to the cost of the ticket. The refund will be made within 60 days after the airline resumes operations.
