Direct Baku-Sofia air flight launched today

January 16, Fineko/abc.az. The opening of the Baku-Sofia air flight has been held today.

The event was attended by Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Artur Rasizade and Prime Minister of Bulgaria Boyko Borisov.

The agreement on opening direct Baku-Sofia flight has been reached between the presidents of Azerbaijan and Bulgaria as part of the conducted talks. Bulgarian capital, Sofia will become the first European city to host Buta Airways low-cost aircrafts.

The flights will be carried out once a week, on Wednesdays.
