June 8, Fineko/abc.az. From now on, preventive disinfection and deratization works should be carried out in restaurants and public catering facilities once a month and the services of licensed and specialized enterprises in this field should be used.
ABC.AZ reports that the Food Safety Agency along with this has developed the new guidelines for compliance with hygiene requirements in restaurants.
AGTA noted that those recommendations should be followed, and the environment in which disinfection works are carried out should be ventilated.
It is also recommended to ventilate regularly the halls and premises of food sales companies.
