June 10, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev spoke about the coronavirus and the quarantine regime in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that on 9 June the country’s leader stated that the Azerbaijani society shows a very great responsibility and discipline.

The head of state noted that mitigating steps are being taken in all countries, including in Azerbaijan: "Despite this, I said that if we see that the number of patients increases sharply, we will re-introduce restrictions. The reason for the restrictive steps is clear. Some people are irresponsible. In general, I can say that the Azerbaijani society is very responsible and observes discipline. The special quarantine regime at the weekend confirmed this, and there were very few violations of the rules. This shows that citizens are aware of their responsibility. But every citizen should understand this, because one irresponsible person can infect a hundred people, put them and their lives at risk."
