Oil cheapens, and Brent is at level of $38 a barrel

June 12, Fineko/abc.az. Oil prices continue decline after a strong fall the day before.

By 9:05 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange the Brent crude futures for August fell by $0.47 (1.22%) to $38.08 a barrel. At the end of trading on 11 June the price of Brent oil contracts for August fell by $3.18 (7.62%) to $38.55 a barrel.

By 9:05 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the WTI futures for July declined in price by $0.62 (1.71%) to $35.72 per barrel. Following the trading on 11 June the price of July’s WTI futures fell by $3.26 (8.23%) to $36.34 a barrel.
