Two departments merged – A reform in General Prosecutor`s Office

June 12, Fineko/abc.az. According to the new structure of the General Prosecutor's Office, the Investigation Department of the Baku City Prosecutor's Office has been liquidated.

ABC.AZ reports that the new structure of the General Prosecutor’s Office has been approved by the presidential decree.

In compliance with the decree the GPO Investigation Department for Grave Crime Cases and the Investigation Department of the Baku City Prosecutor's Office have been merged and the Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General was established.
