June 16, Fineko/abc.az. A traffic jam of 5-6 km was formed at the quarantine post built in Alat settlement on the Astara-Baku main road.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to qafqazinfo that the entrance to the city started at 06:00.

Police officers check citizens and allow those who have a permit to enter the capital, so a large traffic jam has formed on the road. After the traffic stop, several drivers entered the oncoming lane and tried to enter Baku, moving in the opposite direction. Passengers of cars left in traffic got off their cars and walked several kilometers, then crossed the checkpoint. A similar situation is observed on the Baku-Shemakha highway.
