Central Bank raised AZN 250 million in a deposit auction

June 16, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has raised AZN 250 million in a deposit auction.

"On 16 June the CBA held another deposit auction for banks, in which ot attracted AZN 250 million. The supply at the auction was AZN 567.7 million. The weighted average rate during the auction was 6.76%," the CBA reported.

The funds were raised for the  period of 13 days.

The CBA started holding deposit auctions in June 2016.
