Equipment production decreased by 8.2%

June 17, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan produced machinery and equipment, other transportation vehicles, cars, trailers and semi-trailers for AZN 127.7 million over the first 5 months of 2020.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that compared with the same term of 2019 the manufacture of cars, trailers and semi-trailers increased by 2.3 times, other transport vehicles by 37.6%, and while production of machinery and equipment decreased by 8.2%.

For Jan-may 2020 the country produced 672 cars (248 passenger cars less against the 2019 same term).
