June 19, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan is developing new and modern methods of state control over compliance with labor legislation.

One of the main goals is to create an electronic control system for the Labour Inspectorate.

ABC.AZ was stated about this by Labor & Social Protection Minister Sahil Babayev at a meeting in the video format dedicated to the activities of the State Labor Inspectorate under the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection and discussion of issues in the field of labor.

The minister noted that as an important area of social support measures taken during the pandemic, work continues to protect jobs, jobs of up to 1.665 million employees and income from wages. He noted that notifications to employers were placed in this regard in the subsystem "notification of the employment contract".

"Also, daily monitoring of the e-system is carried out in this direction, direct communication is conducted with employers who enter into the electronic system a notification of termination of an employment contract, etc.," the minister said.
