Oil prices fall after weekly growth

June 22, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of standard grades are declining during trading on Monday after a strong increase following the past week.

By 9:35 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange the Brent crude futures for August fell in price by $0.14 (0.33%) to $42.05 a barrel. At the end of trading on 19 June the price of Brent futures for August rose by $0.68 (1.64%) up to $42.19 per barrel.

By 9:35 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the WTI futures for July fell in price by $0.27 (0.68%) to $39.48 per barrel. At the end of trading on 19 June the WTI futures for July rose by $0.91 (2.34%) up to $39.75 per barrel.
