June 24, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has amended the Resolution on the approval of certain standard legal acts in connection with the application of the Family Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a decree.

The decree amended the Forms of civil registration books and forms of certificates issued on the basis of entries in these books.

Thus, according to the Family Code, the certificate issued by the district (city) registration departments of the Ministry of Justice and the consular offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic will indicate the relationship of persons entering into and terminating a marriage.

This information will also be recorded in the appropriate book of registration of acts of civil status.
