Closing company`s assets to be divided - the day is fixed

July 1, Fineko/abc.az. Transavto EKS will hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.

ABC.AZ reports that the meeting will be held at 11 am on 14 August at address: 21/187, Vidadi Str, Nasimi District, Baku.

The agenda includes approval of the liquidation balance sheet of the company and a report reflecting the distribution of residual property among shareholders. The mentioned company is in the process of liquidation.
